At Sigma Trust, sustainability is more than a metric — it’s a mindset.
Our investment and advisory activities are guided by long-term impact and environmental awareness. We promote responsible capital allocation, reduce carbon footprints across projects, and work only with partners who share our commitment to transparency and sustainability.

ESG

Real estate investments have a significant impact on both society and the environment. Sigma Trust International has implemented ESG screening, evaluation, codes, and social benefit tools to promote sustainable and responsible investment.

ENVIRONMENT

We evaluate the sustainability and environmental impact of all potential investments during our technical due diligence process, utilizing our proprietary ESG building quality checklist. We also incorporate ESG resource management indicators into our recommendations for investments, leasing, and business plans. Our objective is to secure green certifications for any acquired or held investments, which includes developing green CAPEX plans and leases.

SOCIAL

We have developed our own Code of Ethics that outlines our core values related to labor management, health and safety, and client relationships, which all employees are expected to uphold. We regularly sponsor social aid initiatives and facilities, such as the ACIIPH SRL. Additionally, we allocate an annual budget for each employee to support their well-being in the areas of sports, fitness, and health.

CORPORATE

We have developed our own Code of Conduct that establishes fundamental values regarding company oversight, transparency, and corporate structure, which all employees are required to adhere to. Additionally, we have created a comprehensive investment process guideline manual to ensure quality, transparency, accurate reporting, and standardization in every real estate investment and disposal process.
